Sports Physical Form.pdf must be turned in every three (3) years with a doctor's signature and clearance to participate in sports before the start of tryout. Turn all physicals into the respective Activities Office in each high school.
Complete Educational Benefits, formerly known as free and reduced lunch, in School Café. Qualification for Educational Benefits could result in reduced or free participation fees in certain sports and/or activities.
All transfer students wishing to play sports must contact their respective Activities Office in each high school.
